Centropyge Aurantonotus Burgess, 1974 (Pisces: Chaetodontidae): Range, Extension, and Redescription
Three specimens of the pygmy angelfish Centropyge aurantonotus, previously known only from Barbados and Curacao have been captured off southern Brazil. Counts and measurements of the new specimens are compared with the type specimens. An expanded description of the species is presented with additional notes on coloration and ecology.
