Comparative survival and growth of turtle grass (Thalassia testudinum König) and shoal grass (Diplanthera wrightii Ascherson) transplanted in aquariums and through-flow sea-water tanks were observed. In aquariums, turtle grass survived 7 months and shoal grass 3½ months.
