Free Content Preliminary Investigation of the Fecal Pellets of Certain Invertebrates of the South Florida Area

Representative invertebrates from the South Florida area were collected and their fecal pellets were studied. The shape, consistency, presence or absence of external and internal sculpture were observed, and cross-sections of the pellets were made where possible. Pellets of gastropod and pelecypod mollusks were the main objects of study; some crustacean groups were also collected for study.
