We have shown that Einstein's mass-energy relationship has never been confirmed by experiments. The mass-energy relationship is not compatible with potential energy and electrodynamic energy. The mass-energy equivalence and mutual convertibility are not a fact but a hypothesis. It violates the mass conservation law and energy conservation law and, in conjunction with Heisenberg's uncertainty principle, opens the door to creatio ex nihilo of the Big Bang cosmology.
