The periodic table of physical quantities by space and time dimensions
Recent progress in characterizing electron orbitals within the inert atoms has led to the development of a series of spherical quantities in various space and time dimensions. This indicates intuitively that there are series of corresponding physical quantities in pure space and time units, which might be organized into a periodic table according to their dimensions. Here we accomplish the task by putting forward three postulates and rediscovering the spacetime dimensions of mass and electric current. With the base units of physical quantities being limited to the meter and the second only, the dimensions of most physical quantities entail redefinition under the periodic table. As it turns out, this original approach provides sharp insight into the laws of physics that govern the properties of and relationships between various physical quantities, paving the way toward a grand unification theory.
