Long distance motion parallel to the magnetic field direction of charged oil droplets in a magnetic field

As we all know there are three different interaction forces between electricity and magnetism: electrostatic force (attraction or repulsion) between electric charge and electric charge; magnetic force (attraction or repulsion) between magnet and magnet; Lorentz force (perpendicular to the moving direction of the electric charges) between magnet and current or between current and current. This paper introduces a new phenomenon. In a horizontal external magnetic field charged oil droplets in an oil fog chamber of a Millikan oil drop instrument experienced long distance transversal motion that was a component parallel to the direction of the external magnetic field. The author cannot explain this phenomenon with the known knowledge of interactions between electricity and magnetism reasonably, and so he considers this phenomenon as new physics. Assuming that the combined effect of the external magnetic field and external electric field can make the long distance transversal motion having a component parallel to the direction of the external magnetic field applied to the oil droplets, this will be a new physics phenomenon too.
