Einstellungen zur Arbeit haben sich grundlegend gewandelt: Beschäftigte fragen zunehmend, ob das, was sie herstellen und wie sie es herstellen, der Gesellschaft und der Umwelt nützt oder schadet. Unternehmen sind dadurch gefordert, die Wünsche ihrer Arbeitnehmer(innen) in betriebliche Prozesse und Strategien zu integrieren, damit sie als Arbeitgeber attraktiv bleiben. Für Beschäftigte erhöhen sich dadurch die Chancen, betriebliche Strukturen und Arbeitsprozesse umwelt- und sozialverträglicher zu gestalten.

  • GAIA is a peer-reviewed inter- and transdisciplinary journal for scientists and other interested parties concerned with the causes and analyses of environmental and sustainability problems and their solutions.
