Holy dreaming – poetry and movement
This artist’s document incorporates my poetry and the relationship between it and my ongoing practice in Authentic Movement. Both these practices are an embodied expression of a journey towards the truth of my own body; this ‘truth’ wraps herself within the words of a poem or expresses herself through the body. I explore the sacred nature of a collective participation in the unfolding of a new, healing story for the Earth.

- This journal focuses on the relationship between dance and somatic practices, and the influence of this body of practice on the wider performing arts. The journal will be aimed at scholars and artists, providing a space for practitioners and theorists to debate the work, to consider the impact and influence of the work on performance, the interventions that somatic practices can have on other disciplines and the implications for research and teaching.
