Productive dialogues — golddigging midwives

Much has been written recently about change, changing management, and readiness for change within management theory. What is change really, and how does change come about? The subject of this article is productive dialogue, i.e. successful dialogues between mangers and employees in which a new perspective and/or new possibilities for action are created for the employees. Thus productive dialogues dig out the very best, ie. the gold in the employees and create development and change.
