Parameter of Nonlinearity B/A in Saccharide Solutions Coefficient de non linéarité B/A dans les solutions glucidiques

In this paper, the interaction between the solvent and the solute is described using the B/A nonlinear parameter. The molecular interaction potential and the bounded water ratio give major contribution to this parameter. In this model, we put forward the contribution of free and bounded water to nonlinear effects. A method for the evaluation of the nonlinearity effects is also presented, which makes use of the measurement of the B/A coefficient in saccharides solutions via an acousto-optic technique.

Le but de notre travail est de décrire l'interaetion soluté-solvant à travers le calcul du coefficient de non linéarite B/A, basé sur le potentiel d'interaetion moléculaire et sur le volume spécifique d'eau liée. Dans ce modèle, nous avons mis en évidence la contribution de l'eau libre et de l'eau liée aux effets non linéaires. Nous présenlon, également une méthode d'évaluation du coefficient B/A dans les solutions aqueuses de glucides, basée sur une technique acousto-optique.
