Analyse piezoelektrischer Breitbandschwinger unter Anlehnung an die Differenzengleichung

In the paper a method for the analysis of broadband piezoelectric transducers with matching layers by means of difference equations is presented. Impulse responses, transfer functions and electrical impedance of the transducer are calculated on the basis of these equations. A few examples of impulse responses and transfer functions of transducers with one or two matching layers are given. The influence of the backing on the transducer radiation is discussed. The existence of a proportionality relation between the emitting and the receiving transfer functions of the transducer with matching layers is shown. Diagrams of complex electrical impedance of transducers with a quarter-wavelength matching layer are presented as well.


Es wird die Analysemethode piezoelektrischer Breitbandschwinger mit Anpassungsschichten mit Hilfe der Differenzengleichungen vorgestellt. Aus diesen Gleichungen bestimmt man die Impulsantworten, die Übertragungsfunktionen und die elektrische Impedanz des Schwingers. Es werden eine Reihe von Beispielen der Impulsantworten und Übertragungsfunktionen für Schwinger mit einer und mit zwei Anpassungsschichten angegeben. Es wird gezeigt, daß zwischen der Sende- und Empfangsübertragungsfunktion des Schwingers mit Anpassungsschichtsystemen Proportionalität besteht. Es werden Diagramme der komplexen elektrischen Impedanz des Schwingers mit einer Viertelwellenschicht dargestellt.


On présente une méthode qui fait usage d'équations aux différences finies pour analyser le fonctionnement des traducteurs piézo-électriques large bande munis de couches d'adaptation. A partir de ces équations on peut calculer les réponses impulsionnelles et les fonctions de transfert, ainsi que les impédances électriques. Dans une série d'exemples, on donne les réponses impulsionnelles et les fonctions de transfert pour divers traducteurs à une ou deux couches d'adaptation. On discute aussi de l'influence que peut exercer la charge arrière d'un traducteur sur son rayonnement. On prouve l'existence d'une relation de proportionnalité entre la fonction de transfert d'émission et celle de réception. On présente sous forme de diagrammes l'impédance électrique complexe d'un traducteur muni d'une couche d'adaptation quart d'onde.
