13 Tone Steps in the Twelfth
On the basis of a criterion dependent of the combination tones of the consonance, the twelvestep scale will be derived from the major triad. The same procedure, extended to consonant intervals not applied to the twelve-step scale, leads to a thirteen-step scale, filling the framework of the twelfth which is presented in a pure and balanced tempered tune. It is printed out in addition a tone-system based on this scale and the realisation of thirteen-tone music.
