Change of Intensity Discrimination Limen in Children
The results received from psychoacoustic investigations are quite different for adult persons and children. This effect can be explained by perceptual maturation. In our experiments we observed a change for ΔI in the ages 9 to 11 years. The time of change is frequency dependent.
