Möglichkeiten der stereo-ambiofonen Schallübertragung auf 2 Kanälen
The terms “auditory perspective” and its partial parameters are denned for electro-acoustic transmissions. For improving the illusion to the listener, especially in a living room, a two-channel ambiophonic mode of transmission is described. This allows the transmission of specific properties of the envelope of space information of the originating room with respect to reflection density, delay time differences, directional distribution and their energy contents into the reproduction room in such a way, that a sound field (R/D-ratio) is produced, which resembles to a certain extent the sound field in the room of its origination. The ambiophonic mode of transmission may be used in combination with monophonic as well as stereophonic transmission techniques.
