Moderne Beschleunigungsgeber

After a survey of the principles of accelerometer devices known hitherto the author describes a newly-developed accelerometer with barium titanate elements, the frequency response and sensitivity of which have been measured on two special types. Furthermore, the construction of a calibration device and the possibilities of transformation into a velocity or amplitude meter by integration are discussed.
