Sur la transmission du son par des hublots spheriques
The acoustical insulation of spherical shells has been found to be appreciably greater than that of plane discs in the lower frequency range. This result is accounted for in a theoretical discussion of the natural frequencies of the shell, under the assumption of extensional vibrations.
