Contribution au problème de l'oreille artificielle

With the variety of couplers used for artificial ears in practice, a wide difference in results is obtained with the same receiver which makes results of different laboratories not comparable. To obtain trustworthy response curves for telephone receivers an artificial ear having the same characteristics as the human ear has been constructed and the impedance and response curves of natural ears have been determined. These results agree with those of the new artificial ear.
