Due to mobile nodes, maintaining the topology and security in wireless sensor network is a major task. To overcome these issues a new technique is proposed named as dynamic clustered algorithm (DCA). This proposed algorithm is applied in distributed architecture of wireless sensor network with the zone routing protocol. Zone routing protocol is the combination of reactive and proactive protocol. DCA is designed with low mobility nodes and it will count the cluster members within the cluster head coverage range. Experimental results analyze the performance of the proposed algorithm using QoS parameters such as throughput, drop rate, delay and routing overhead. The proposed work achieves the better performance compared to the existing technique.
