Indocyanine Green Accurately Track the Phototherapy Based on W18O49@PLGA Nanostructure In Vivo for Visual Treat
With the progress and development of technology, compared with traditional chemotherapy and other surgical methods, photothermal therapy has been paid more attention and attempted in the treatment of many diseases due to its non-invasive and minimal secondary effect. Tungsten oxide (W18O49, WO), an overly coherent oxide nanoparticle, is an attractive option for high-quality PTT effects. Poly(D,L-lactic-co-glycolic acid) has good biocompatibility and biodegradability, and is a supporting component widely used in pharmaceutical emissions. However, the commonly used hydrothermal method is difficult to limit the morphology of WO. In this paper, Indocyanine green and WO coloaded PLGA ((WO+ICG)@PLGA) were preliminarily designed and prepared. The photothermal mass during ICG imaging can be effectively improved by (WO+ICG)@PLGA nanoparticles, to guide PTT. The results of in vivo experiments showed that nanoparticles had good effects on imaging and photothermal therapy for B16 tumor cells in vivo. The study indicated that (WO+ICG)@PLGA nanoparticles are an excellent platform for the diagnosis and photothermal therapy of inflammation-related diseases.
