Recently, a number of stoichiometric synthesized BiFeO3 phase with rhombohedral R3c symmetry was reported for having high potential as multiferroic functional materials. Thermal analysis of precursor bismuth ferrite powders by the introduced solid state reaction with non-stoichiometrical compound shows the procedure of synthesis from binary oxides system. In addition, structural properties are evaluated by the Raman spectra characterization. The phase separation of the introduced specimens at 800 °C, 850 °C and 875 °C has been clearly observed by differential thermal analysis and Raman spectroscopic study.
