Complex Logical XOR Computation Based on DNA Six-Arm Sub-Tile Self-Assembly
With the development of DNA computer technology, new logic circuits have proposed to replace traditional hardware logic circuits. In this paper, a six-arm molecular tile based on the previous four-arm molecular tiles was built to realize the XOR logic operation. According to the stability
of the designed logic circuit, the Chinese map was constructed by the six-arm molecular tile. This designed XOR logic circuit based on six-arm molecular tile may have a great prospect for the development and application in the biological information processing, molecular computing and so on.
