Aiming at the shortages of the existing display stands, an automatic rotating display stand is presented, which is easier to use based on its simple structure and control system. Mechanical structure and electric control system of the stand are detail discussed and simulation of the control system is accomplished. As the weakest part of the structure, mechanical properties of coupling are analyzed by finite element method. The results indicate that the strength of the coupling is reliable, and structure in conjunction with the control system of this stand can meet the functional requirements.
