Ultra Low Voltage and Low Power Biopotential Amplifier with High Electromagnetic Interference Immunity
In this paper an ultra low voltage and low power amplifier for biomedical applications is proposed. It is based on a 2-stages fully-differential highly symmetrical CMOS amplifier and it exhibits high linearity, low noise and low susceptibility to Electromagnetic Interferences. At 0.5
V supply it has a gain of 43 dB, a CMRR of 118 dB, a GBW of 370 kHz and a power consumption of 2 μW. It is designed in UMC 180 nm technology, using regular threshold transistors.
