Low Temperature Processing of Study on Flexible Semitransparent MAPbBr3 Perovskite Solar Cells

In this study, we fabricate semitransparent solar cells using a thin MAPbBr3 perovskite film as the light absorber and a Au thin film as the transparent electrode. The effect of annealing treatment on the structure and optical and electronic behaviors of the MAPbBr3 perovskite coated on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) sheet were investigate. As a result, a record efficiency of 0.46% under AM1.5G irradiation was achieved for the semitransparent and flexible inverted perovskite solar cell. This study may offer a way for further improvement of low-temperature, low-cost processing solar technology.
