This article discusses the importance of an experimental study of the thermo physical properties (TPP) of a building object. A description is given of the principle of operation of an automated portable installation for determining the thermo physical properties of construction objects, its main assemblies, and also presents the necessary formulas for calculating the thermal and technical equipment, namely the actual heat losses and the specific thermal characteristics of the entire object as a whole, taking into account heterogeneity of the building structure. The developed installation is capable of determining the thermo physical properties of an object, as well as the spatial pattern of the distribution of heat fluxes inside the object, by non-destructive testing, in a shorter period of time compared to existing analogues. The main technical characteristics of the developed automated complex are described.
