Lightweight block cipher algorithm is became vital and important in our life. Many applications are using these algorithms. One of the significant parts in lightweight algorithm is substitution box S-box. It is the only nonlinear part and the heart of algorithm. In this paper, we tested the S-boxes of most existing algorithms against linear and differential cryptanalysis. These testes are important to show which algorithm is resistant to attacks and the algorithm is called optimal if it is resistant for both these attacks. Finally, this paper will give preliminary notification to designer about the security of S-box.
