This paper addresses the surveillance and control problem for differential drive mobile robot via internet by using advanced processor like Raspberry Pi 3 model B to tackle this problem. Thus, the mobile robot based raspberry pi 3 is controlled remotely via internet, and then the terminal (Laptop, Mobile phone, Tap) can receive the live streaming video from the mobile robot for surveillance purposes, this streaming video has obtained from web browser of terminal by webpage which designed in PHP and published in web server based APACHE3. The viability and acceptability of the proposed design have been demonstrated implementing practically, in different environments. And to verify the credibility and validate the proposed design, testing result have been provided, which further ensures the design meets its desired goals.
