In mobile grid environment, resource management is the main constituents to resolve the resources limits of mobile devices. The resource allocation should be energy effective so that we present energy effectual nodes clustering and hop count based routing in this paper. For cluster creation and cluster head assortment, we present rank based weight metrics. The node with maximum rank is designated as a cluster head. If any node in a cluster needs resource, it sends resource demand to the Master server over the cluster head by picking an optimal path. To start optimal path, we existing Hop-count based routing that picks the node with minimum hop count and maximum cost function as a subsequent hop node. Simulation solutions display that our projected method progresses the energy efficacy and declines the overhead for resource allocation.
