Methamphetamine is a highly addictive manufactured stimulant drug that affects the central nervous system and it is a potent psych stimulant that alters the release and reuptake of dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin. In this work we have calculated our systems based on the methamphetamine and dopamine binding with various diameters of SWBNNTs and SWCNTs. In this work, the electron density profile in the composition of the Dopamine and methamphetamine binding to SWCNTs and SWBNNTs have been calculated.
