At present, there are many researches about the formation and evolution of ecological industry chain, but few scholars use the rational evolution to discuss the formation and evolution of ecological industry chain. Based on this, this paper analyzes the existing eco-industrial chain formation and construction methods. Then, we compare two kind of ecological industry chain formation and evolution mode, and put forward basic concept of China’s eco industrial chain formation and construction, by constructing third party evolutionary game model, we find the implementation mechanism of rational construction and evolutionary phase.
