The Design of Employee Incentive Mechanism in Non Public Enterprises in the Perspective of Positive Organizational Behavior

Faced with the complex and changeable market environment, the more needs between the member enterprises of Supply and Demand Network are to consider seeking to build the cooperative partnership so that the specialized division can be implemented widely, and all types of operating costs of enterprise can be effectively reduced and the scale effect of the system can be realized fully. Based on this, firstly, the basic characteristics of Supply and Demand Network and its enterprises are discussed. Secondly, dynamic cooperative evolutionary game model of Supply and Demand Network enterprise is constructed by combining the analysis method of game theory with the fitting thought of least square curve. Finally, results of cooperative game are analyzed to obtain optimal cooperative expected revenue function and cooperative revenue coefficient, the importance factors that influence the dynamic cooperation selection of the member enterprises of Supply and Demand Network.
