In this paper, we developed optimization model to analyze the automobiles on the right and left on multilane freeway in light and heavy traffic. We discussed the difference of traffic flow under human and intelligent system control and proposed a cellular automata model to analyze the flow of traffic based on the traffic flow velocity and density. We proposed a Rear-end collision model and overtaken lateral collision model to analyze the relation on safety and reaction time, distance between vehicles and the type of automobile based on back propagation neural network. After a lot of computation, we discover the new rule is that vehicle can pass from different directions under different speed which we can get by simulating. The above process was simulated by Matlab software.
