We propose a compiler based approach for modeling and design of of Gyroscopes. The approach is integrated as an IP management mechanism for MEMS based system level design. A combination of table look-up based mechanism combined with optimization of a selected gyro topology is deployed for design and model development. The ouput model is generated is generated as MATLAB or SPICE based on the required simulation framework of system level design. Results have been discussed for certain topologies.
