The Synthesis and Characterization of Nano-NiCuZn Ferrite by Co-Precipitation Method
Combined oxalate such nitrate as Zn(NO3)2·6H2O, Ni(NO3)2·6H2O, Cu(NO3)2·3H2O, FeSO4·7H2O and (NH4)2C2O4·H2O, which are all the initial materials, the aimed nano NiCuZn ferrite can be prepared by the Co-Precipitation Method. The characterization of the morphology of the powder particles, the particle size, its analysis of the micro-structure and morphology are characterized by TG-DSC, XRD, TEM, respectively. Then under different conditions, it is investigated to explore the most appropriate condition. The results show that with the more appropriate initial reaction temperature, stirring speed, the ratio of raw materials and other conditions, the more uniform size distribution of NiCuZn ferrite powder with average particle size 60 nm or so can be obtained.
