Spin-Dependent Conductance in Mesoscopic System
We analyze the conductance of the ballistic spin transport in a two-dimensional electron gas (2DEG) with both Rashba and Dresselhaus spin-orbit coupling. Aspin current is found to flow along the confined direction in the Rashba spin-orbit coupling clean 2DEG mesoscopic junction in the
presence of spin-orbit interactions.
