The humanoid robot has become an interesting topic for many researchers. This robot has a design like a human body and enables to mimic the motions of the human. Human-robot interaction system can be developed by detection the human body movement. These movements are used to control the movement of the robot. This research examines the movement of the eyes of the robot which controlled by the user’s eye. Tracking and detection of the human pupil are used for this research. To investigate the detection of the user’s eye, program C# and Aforge.net framework and a face robot with servomotors to move its eyes are used. This research shows the potential of the system. This system can detect human eyes with or without movement of the user’s head. Furthermore, this system enables user to control robot’s eyes using their eye.
