Previous studies have pointed out that more entrepreneurship research is needed in behavioral aspect as Millennials may give positive feedback to the society. This study therefore focused on developing a research framework to explore entrepreneurial intention and behavior among the low-income Asnaf Millennials in Kelantan, Malaysia. This paper applies Theory of Planned Behaviour Model with three main antecedents (i.e., attitude towards entrepreneurship, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control) to predict pre-start-up behaviour, while entrepreneurial intention serves as mediating variable. Findings from the review of earlier studies revealed that Asnaf Millennials are expected to own high proclivity entrepreneurship. Therefore, studying pre-start-up behaviour of Asnaf Millennials gives potential direction for future research.
