Due to worrying rise of household debt is concerned as an important issue of Thai, especially agricultures who work as the primary occupation. House bookkeeping is applied accounting used of reducing costs in order to manage debts more effective in sustainable way. The key element of the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy is conceived and developed by King Bhumibol Adulyadej. By designing the house bookkeeping conceptual framework for supporting adaptability using three dimensions layering, we can provide better abstract and understanding in the field of house bookkeeping. It is divided into three aspects: income, expenditure, and liability. The categories of each aspect are generated by basing on a period of time. The design is an open architecture framework developing software for a mobile application. Our framework provides an architecture and sources to develop software for devices such as offline software, online system and mobile platform. The system design should be started by focusing on functional components and provided categorizes to cover all information. If a set of requirements changes, an extension of functional components can be performed to support new features. Therefore, Household Bookkeeping is become more valuable and more practical approach toward a sustainable development of a Sufficiency Economy Philosophy.
