Vendor Assessment Metrics for IT Projects: An Analysis of Success Factors
The paper presents an analysis of success factors for vendor assessment metrics in IT projects. The purpose of this paper is to identify the criteria success factors in vendor evaluation metrics for IT projects specifically in the banking sector. Basically, the most important measure of vendor services is a successful record of previous performance in older IT projects. The effectiveness of this model would reduce time processing and ensure more accurate results.
