Promotion via Social Media at National Library of Indonesia
The number of social media user is increasing each year. One of which is institution such as library. This study describes the use of social media as promotion tool at National Library of Indonesia. Data is collected from postings and responses from audience on social media accounts. This is then examined and interpreted. The result is that National Library of Indonesia has made good use of several famous social media and received many responses from audience.
