Changes in the teaching practices among teacher trainees of the Learning Effectively through Enhanced Pedagogies (LEEP) Training Program conducted in June 2013 and in August 2015 in the Schools Division of Guimaras, Philippines is the focus of this investigation. This study employed the multiple case studies design to document evidences in the field as regards the changes in teaching practices among the teacher trainees. In-depth interviews with exemplar teachers (N = 18) from both elementary and secondary schools were conducted to gather the qualitative data needed for this study. The framework method, which considered the 7-point LEEP sequence was used in analyzing the qualitative data culled from the interviews. Results revealed that LEEP training enabled the teacher participants to be learner-centered in their teaching practices. Teacher participants claimed that the LEEP training developed in them the initiative to explore ways and means to ensure that their learners were actively engaged in the learning process. The lived experiences of the teacher participants chronicled the changes that described their paradigm shifts.
