The study measures internationalization in both public and private HEIs in the Philippines based on the six dimensions of Madeleine Green’s (2005) internationalization guidelines namely: (1) articulated commitment; (2) academic offerings; (3) organizational infrastructure; (4) external funding; (5) institutional investment in faculty; and (6) international students and student programs. Through the survey of a total of 32 participants, the study sought to find out internationalization practices as well as the level of internationalization observed among the HEIs in the Philippines. Descriptive statistics was used to analyze data. Instead of the Likert Scale that was applied by Green, questionnaires design in this study was answerable by yes or no. Findings showed that although the HEIs in the Philippines may have integrated internationalization practices in their institutions, they still did not meet the standards of internationalization set by Madeleine Green. Scores were at a low percentage level or 75 percent out of 100 percent based on internationalization parameters developed by Green. Articulated commitment earned the highest score while external funding had the lowest score among all six internationalization dimensions.
