Effective Digital Contents for Computer Programming Learning: A Systematic Literature Review

Many factors influence students’ programming skill, such as teaching-learning method (TLM), digital content (DC), and platform. Due to many types of them, lecturers and students are confused to apply the most appropriate ones to improve programming skill. This research uses a systematic literature review (SLR) approach to summarize and present digital contents’ effectiveness (quantitative and qualitative) combined with teaching learning styles and platforms for improving programming skill. Expected results of this research are contribution and guidance for institution in providing platform, lecturers in delivering programming lesson, and students in learning programming.
