In this research, we implement J48 algorithm to produce a profiling data model to know the potential risk of Indonesian people especially children getting diarrhea disease. We use attributes from SUSENAS (Social and Economic National Survey) which contain factors like condition of sewage system, characteristics of drinking and bathing water source, and related infrastructures. Data are from SUSENAS year 2011, 2012, and 2013. We enter the data into SPSS, do cleansing and transformation, resolving missing values and data imbalance issues. After that, we enter the data into machine learning with J48 decision tree algorithm. Our research finds that sewage system and drinking water resources are very important factors in the risk of people getting suffered by diarrhea disease.
