Tourism is a social phenomenon that has a cultural impact on all the social dimensions of life in a tourist destination. Desa Tugu Puncak area is a very popular tourist destination for the Middle East countries, especially Saudi Arabia. Tourism in Desa Tugu increased rapidly and became significant in the development of the region with routines and intensity of visitors that dominated by Arabs. Influence of rapid tourism development is the social and cultural changes that occur in traditional societies of Desa Tugu. Social changes in rural communities result from the cultural penetration. The penetration is adamant to the local community due the factors relating to the economic needs and the preservation of the local culture of their own. This research aim is mapping the negative of cultural and social impact in Desa Tugu. Phenomenological as a qualitative method performed on groups or individuals, refers to procedures and related research with descriptive data of human behavior. The significance of this study lies in the analysis of the social, cultural negative impact of sex tourism in Desa Tugu area that will be the ground research for the revitalization of culture and local wisdom.
