Towards the Development of S&T Information Contents for KISTI Service 3.0
Existing National Digital Science Library (NDSL) services need to be updated according to the change in paradigm of government 3.0 that share and open public information via establishing advanced value-added contents based on data identifiers and links. To meet this demand, strategy for ‘KISTI Service 3.0’ is derived to convert existing search based service to customized analysis, links, and recommendation service.
