This paper suggests the migration sequence adjustment algorithm of an active rule based mobile agent in Arduino environment of the sensor networks. Using the sensor data table and possessive information of a mobile agent, which are suitable for the Arduino environment, we implement the algorithm capable of adjusting the migration sequence of the agent. Also, we design the user’s emotional margin based active rules and describe the experimental results of processing of the active rules in sensor nodes. Because the implemented Arduino based mobile agent system decides the types of sensing data, number of nodes and deployed area without extra technical overhead, the system provides the functional extensibility and applicability of sensor network middleware system. Also, the results of this study are able to enhance the adaptability on dynamic changes of environment in sensor network application developments which requires the activeness and autonomy.
