A Delegation Model of Healthcare System Based of AB-PRE in Fog Computing Environment
Needs for use of the large amount data that is generated from the medical information system is increasing rapidly. To that end, it is necessary to develop a model of the health care system capable of solving such the secure processing capability of real-time data, a large capacity computing power, communication delay problems etc. In this paper, it is possible to decode the only legitimate user information depending on the properties in the fog computing environment. In addition, to propose healthcare system model of attribute based proxy reencryption that can be delegation. The proposed model, it is possible to perform the delegated functions of the authority in the CPS-Healthcare system in the future of medical information environment, and provide real-time processing and confidentiality services to collected the medical information from node based on fog-computing. Further, compared to the existing cloud computing based model, it is possible to reduce the network latency by treatment on fog node.
