The Development of a Program Model of Art Convergence Personality Education for Early Childhood Pre-Service Teacher
This study aims to identify first the way of thinking based on humanities artistic value as well as the educational vision, and then configure a program model of the art convergence personality education for the early childhood pre-service teachers focused on the real experience and practical activities by applying art areas such as various images, literature, painting, music and body expression, and then, develop a personality education program in accordance with the 8 personality virtues suggested by the Personality Education Promotion Law. As a result, the program is expected to contribute to resolving social issues of grave concerns while the immoral and inhumane incidents would be eradicated as the early childhood pre-service teachers can cultivate themselves to be equipped with the ideal values and the firmly established identity awareness acquired through sensibility experience. Further it will help them for growing themselves up into the emotionally responsive sensible teachers to be equipped with excellent field adaptability and problem-solving capacities, possessing the firm self-awareness and the enhanced skills of interpersonal relationship as well as of the social interaction.
