In the case of a small ship, it does not to manage and monitor due to the economic burden when not in operation. It also fails to use a separate control system or personnel. The proposed system can understand the complaints of small ship owners. The system is proposed as a very realistic alternative. We make a cheap and safe ship accident alarming system. The system is checked by the power of signals in the ship. Among the signals, we select economic and strong signal. There are various communications in the ship. In this paper, we propose the ship accident alarming system and a decision method for selecting emergency signal among various communications. Experimental results show proposed method is confirmed that work well.
